Reinventing the Nocibé experience
Nocibé is a cosmetics and fragrance retailer. The company wanted to take its beauty tips digital and bolster mobile sales. It initially called on Neopixl to take over maintenance for its mobile app, but the project grew into a complete overhaul.
Innovation, quality content and services at the heart of the application
We decided to integrate a virtual make-up tool that would spark customers' curiosity and increase downloads.
We then made the entire Nocibé's catalogue accessible for purchase and provided omnichannel services such as booking in-store appointments, live shopping, click & collect, and more.
We create premium content with beauty tips and routines, and add links to shopping livestreams to maintain customer loyalty and enhance the Nocibé brand experience.
Gradually reinventing customer experience
After conducting an assessment of customer expectations and opportunities as well as tech-based innovations., we incorporated Modiface for customers to try out products in an augmented reality environment.
Drawing on the Agile working method, we were able to publish regular app updates. This new version offers an entirely new user experience. Customers were also given the ability to quickly tap into over 20,000 products, access expert beauty advice and be updated on new releases.
Targets achieved faster than expected!
In just six months, the app hit its annual turnover targets, and is continuing on an upward trajectory today.
Nocibé is now a brand in its own right, offering customers a unique experience through new services and content. This success validates our past efforts and promises a bright future as we continue to grow!
