Smile Group is proud to announce the participation of its 4 French subsidiaries - Smile, SensioLabs, UX-Republic and Alter Way - in the TrainMe challenge during Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week 2023.

The challenge is an innovative initiative that encourages employees to adopt an active and healthy lifestyle. Employees will have the opportunity to take part in virtual and/or face-to-face training sessions, challenge themselves, attend webinars on well-being and benefit from the support of experienced coaches.

Smile Group's French subsidiaries are demonstrating their commitment to the well-being of their employees and the improvement of working conditions.

At the same time, Smile Group has undertaken to donate 15% of the total cost of the initiative to the "Premiers de Cordée" association, which works to enable children with serious illnesses or disabilities to take part in sporting activities. This partnership reflects Smile's commitment to social responsibility and solidarity, offering these children unique opportunities to blossom and develop their potential.

The "Premiers de Cordée" association has a number of sponsors who actively support its actions to promote the social inclusion of disabled children through sport. These include Kylian Mbappé, soccer player and patron for the past six years, and cyclist Marion Housse, to name but a few.

This year, the TrainMe challenge raised €85,000 in donations for Premiers de Cordée. For Smile Group, 4,773 hours of physical activity and well-being were counted!
