The LTS version of Ibexa DXP is finally available!

We've been hearing about it, seeing it evolve and testing it for two years now, and above all we've been waiting for two years! The latest major LTS version (4.6) of Ibexa DXP is finally out!

The Smile teams are particularly enthusiastic about this latest version, which also offers a host of new features.

As a reminder, Ibexa is a Digital eXperience Platform (DXP), enabling companies to deliver content simply, personalise customer journeys, facilitate B2B purchases and offer multi-channel customer services. 

What's new?

First of all, Focus Mode. This is a feature designed specifically for marketing professionals. It allows you to concentrate on your core tasks with a clear, easy-to-use interface, while simplifying content management and improving productivity.

Then there's the Customizable Dashboard. Imagine a fully customisable dashboard, giving you quick access to your most-used tools and content, while providing you with real-time information to make informed decisions.

And let's not forget the all-new Page Builder. With a redesigned interface, enhanced functionality and extended customisation options, creating pages has never been easier or more enjoyable.

Another functional component that we feel is just as important to highlight is the customer portal. More and more of our B2B customers want to provide their own customers with a self-service portal to centralise communications, information and exchanges. This component clearly responds to these challenges and is itself based on other Ibexa functional components such as Page Builder (for easy portal construction), company account management, e-commerce functionalities (for displaying order histories and re-ordering), content or product customisation... As you can see, there are limitless use cases.

But that's not all! Ibexa has also added over 30 new features and enhancements, including an activity tracker, extended e-commerce functionality and much more.
 

Ibexa & QNTM - Synergies and a composable approach

Since the end of 2021, Ibexa has been part of the QNTM group, a European group offering a suite of technology and marketing products. This ecosystem is becoming more and more interesting with each passing acquisition, on several levels. Firstly, solutions such as Raptor (CDP), Actito (Marketing Automation) and Qualifio (Interactive Marketing) are being integrated directly into Ibexa for a totally unified back-office user experience.

But these solutions can also be used independently of each other as part of a composable approach. And at Smile, we really like that too! Because apart from the fact that they offer interesting functionalities, they also complement our own ecosystem and cover the needs of our customers who have gone down the headless/best of breed route without having chosen Ibexa.
