2024 gender equality index

In the context of professional equality between men and women, Smile has published its 2024 score for the gender equality index: 88%.

In accordance with the provisions of the "Professional Future" law of 5 September 2018, Smile has established its index dedicated to professional equality between women and men for the year 2024 (reference year 2023).

The index is based on the following five indicators:

  • Gender pay gap indicator: 38/40 points
  • Indicator: difference in the rate of pay rises between men and women: 20/20 points
  • Gap in promotion rates between women and men: 15/15 points
  • Percentage of female employees receiving a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15 points
  • Number of employees of the under-represented gender in the 10 highest paid: 0/10 points
     

This index demonstrates Smile's ongoing commitment to professional equality and confirms our determination to implement concrete actions to eliminate pay disparities. As a company, we are determined to maintain this momentum and to go even further in our initiatives in favour of gender equality.
