Smile supports the Metropolis of Greater Lyon in its API strategy to digitize administrative exchanges and access to services under public service delegation.
After implementing and maintaining the first version of the platform since 2019, Smile has been evolving it to Gravitee solutions since 2023. More than 200 clients benefit from simplified access to the hundred APIs hosted in a sovereign multi-cloud environment. Gravitee Access Management has also been integrated to control access and federate identities across the metropolis's multiple systems.
Somfy: API Management Serving the Industry
Somfy, a world leader in the motorization and automation of home openings and alarm systems, has trusted Smile for many years to support its digital transformation by setting up a dedicated e-commerce and data service center.
As part of this collaboration, Smile has implemented, maintained, and contributed to the governance of its API management platform based on the Gravitee solution. Somfy has been progressively publishing all its services in the form of APIs through this new platform since early 2023.
