French company EPSI specialises in designing, developing and building continuous wave radar surveillance systems for the site protection market. As the product division of ITNI, EPSI is renowned for its short-range intrusion detection technology (0 to 1 km). EPSI needed technical support in migrating over to new hardware architecture.
Right from the get-go, we could see Smile had the expertise we needed to handle the migration from start to finish. It didn’t take me long to realise that these priorities were vital to our client: we needed to establish that this new architecture was the best choice, and we needed to get staff comfortable with the new Yocto distribution. This first experience allowed us to support and reassure EPSI, which paved the way for further Smile/EPSI collaborations that extended beyond Yocto.
