Smile strengthens its Digital eXperience offering with the QNTM Group

Discover the extension of the partnership between Smile and QNTM to offer innovative MarTech solutions: Actito, Qualifio, Raptor, and comprehensive expertise.

Smile is pleased to announce the extension of its partnership with the QNTM Group. This collaboration, which follows on from the many years of partnership with Ibexa, is aimed in particular at promoting the Actito, Qualifio and Raptor solutions. For our customers, this is an opportunity to build a state-of-the-art digital marketing platform with Smile, comprising the best solutions for activation, campaign automation and customer data consolidation.

The QNTM Group

Smile & QNTM

Smile's partnership with QNTM is growing stronger today but is the culmination of a long history, as we are one of the main integrators and Gold partners of the Ibexa solution. This DXP became part of the QNTM portfolio in 2021 and now interfaces with the group's solutions (Ibexa CDP, Ibexa Engage, etc.).

The extension of this partnership means that we can now offer our customers all QNTM solutions independently, which can be integrated with other ecosystems as part of a composable architecture approach. Some of these solutions are already used by our joint customers, such as BNP, LVMH, Crédit Agricole and Engie.

The QNTM group also shares our values of data sovereignty and eco-responsibility. Offering and integrating its solutions is therefore part of the Smile Group's responsible digital strategy. 

 

All-in-one or modular digital platform: Smile advises you on both approaches

The aim of this partnership is to support our customers at every stage of their digital strategy, with the right solution and in different ways depending on their context and their level of digital transformation:  

  • Either through a central solution such as the Ibexa DXP, to which other QNTM solutions can be integrated, either all at once or over time, eventually resulting in a single back office.
  • Or to complement an existing digital platform with the Actito, Qualifio or Raptor bricks, depending on needs and opportunities.

In both cases, the aim is to offer our customers a complete, state-of-the-art digital marketing solution incorporating marketing activation, customer data platform and marketing automation.
