Controlled product experience
Akeneo allows you to reference information that will be used to create product experiences on different sales channels including e-commerce, mobile, social networks, marketplaces, printed catalogs, points of sale and much more.
It is possible to create detailed product sheets, including descriptions, images, technical characteristics, etc. It is possible to manage product variants, translations, and associations between the different components of the catalog. Akeneo's intuitive and user-friendly interface makes catalog editing easier than ever. The interface is responsive, fluid and widely implements drag & drop actions.
Akeneo also facilitates collaborative work. It is possible to assign tasks to each member, manage access rights and monitor the progress of contributions.
The product catalog can then be easily shared either via imports/exports, by API, by connectors, or by an outsourced portal (the “shared catalog”). Akeneo thus manages a product experience in a coherent manner across all channels.
