2026 Gender Equality Index

In the context of gender equality in the workplace, Smile publishes its 2026 score on the gender equality index: 93%

In accordance with the provisions of the "Professional Future" law of September 5, 2018, Smile has established its index dedicated to professional equality between women and men for the year 2026 (reference year 2025).

The index is based on the following five indicators:

  • Gender pay gap indicator : 38/40 points
    Objective for improvement: to maintain or improve this result
  • Indicator of the gap in pay increase rates between women and men : 20/20 points
  • Indicator of the gap in promotion rates between women and men : 15/15 points
  • Percentage of female employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave : 15/15 points
  • Indicator of the number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest earners : 5/10 points
    Progress objective: To promote or hire women, with equal skills, to the 10 highest-paying positions in the company

This index reflects Smile's ongoing commitment to gender equality in the workplace and confirms our determination to implement concrete actions to eliminate pay disparities. As a company, we are committed to maintaining this momentum and further advancing our initiatives to promote gender equality.
