Smile Ukraine Solidarity 

From the start of hostilities, Smile responded with determination to ensure the safety and well-being of its Ukrainian employees and their families. This mobilization led to the creation of the Smile Ukraine Solidarity Association, whose mission is to provide various forms of aid and support to the victims of the war in Ukraine, particularly Smile Group employees and their loved ones.  

Thanks to the collective commitment of shareholders, clients, employees, and external donors, we have been able to raise significant funds for implementing tangible support actions.  

For instance, Smile quickly took measures to ensure business continuity and the well-being of its employees in Ukraine. We ordered gas-powered generators to ensure power supply in case of outages and Starlink devices to maintain stable Internet access. Additionally, in 2023, through the Smile Ukraine Solidarity Association, 215 power stations were provided to families in need, offering crucial support during power outages in the winter.

Partnership with Private Clinics “Clinic Oxford Medical”

As part of our ongoing commitment to our employees in Ukraine and their families, Smile is pleased to announce a new significant development. Through the Smile Ukraine Solidarity Association, we have recently established a partnership with the private clinic network, Clinic Oxford Medical.

This partnership will grant our employees based in Ukraine access to various medical services, including preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative, and emergency care. With Clinic Oxford Medical locations in regions such as Kyiv, Lutsk, Lviv, Odessa, Ternopil, and Rivne, essential medical support is now available to those in need.
